Job Opening: Design Integration Specialist

Position Overview

As a Design Integration Specialist at Nordic Innovation Lab, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between design and execution within the built environment. You will play a key part in envisioning and implementing innovative solutions that enhance both aesthetics and functionality for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration of design elements into construction projects, ensuring seamless execution of architectural plans.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize design concepts for construction feasibility.
Develop detailed strategies to enhance design efficiency and eliminate potential conflicts during the construction process.
Identify and evaluate modern construction and materials techniques for improved sustainability, cost-effectiveness, and durability.
Provide ongoing support and coordination throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with design standards and specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in design integration, project coordination, or construction management.
Proficient in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant building codes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
