As a Culinary Innovator, you will be responsible for revolutionizing our approach to food and beverage services. Your primary focus will be to develop and implement innovative menus, concepts, and dining experiences for our employees and clients. You will have the chance to work closely with our talented chefs, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and creativity are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead menu development, taking into consideration dietary requirements, trends, and seasonal availability of ingredients.
Create unique dining experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and exceed customer expectations.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design and introduce new dishes, ensuring their successful execution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of emerging food and beverage trends.
Manage food cost and inventory while ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in upscale dining establishments, preferably with a focus on culinary innovation.
Passionate about food, with a deep understanding of flavor profiles, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
A strong creative streak and the ability to translate ideas into tangible results.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a culinary team.
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in cost control, menu engineering, and product sourcing.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
