As a Data Analyst for Digital Transformation, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic decision-making and developing sustainable solutions that enable efficient service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that support evidence-based decision-making.
Designing and implementing data models and frameworks that enhance data collection, management, and reporting capabilities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges for digital transformation initiatives.
Developing and maintaining data visualization dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Supporting the implementation and integration of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to improve operational efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of data analysis techniques, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive positive change in government and nonprofit sectors. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SAS, etc.).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) and relational databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
Experience in digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
