We Are Hiring: Wellness Experience Curator

Responsibilities:
- Design and curate a wide range of wellness experiences for our guests
- Ensure all experiences align with our commitment to customer satisfaction and well-being
- Research trends, new techniques, and products within the wellness industry
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver outstanding service to our guests
- Collaborate with external partners to expand and enhance our wellness offerings
- Manage and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness and attract new guests
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Saarland Therme's facilities, services, and products
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Strong passion for wellness, beauty, and personal care
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to think creatively and propose unique wellness experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Fluency in both German and English
