Position Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager - Building Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects related to our real estate assets. You will be instrumental in managing the end-to-end process, ensuring that all projects align with the company's strategic objectives and adhere to the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, including project scope, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute project plans in line with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement innovative construction methods and technologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of materials and services.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in managing complex construction projects, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Strong technical expertise in building design, materials, methods, and systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve complex problems, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, including MS Project and AutoCAD.
- A strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
