Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end project development lifecycle while ensuring projects meet client expectations and deadlines.
Conduct thorough market analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
Create and implement strategic plans for project acquisitions, approvals, and permits.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of project activities, including design, construction, legal, finance, and marketing.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as local government officials, contractors, architectural firms, and real estate brokers.
Oversee budget and financial forecasting for ongoing construction and development projects.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and clients.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and optimize project positioning and pricing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management or development within the construction or real estate industry.
Strong understanding of zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing relationships and negotiations.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify investment opportunities, and make informed strategic decisions.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work well within a team.
