Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting to the onboarding process
Identify and engage with top-tier talent to meet the company's hiring needs
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Evaluate resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
Conduct background checks and reference checks for selected candidates
Handle candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the recruitment process

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
