Position Available: Health & Beauty Consultant

As a Health & Beauty Consultant at AENA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our beauty and wellness section. You will assist customers in selecting and purchasing products tailored to their individual needs, as well as offering professional advice on beauty routines and treatments. Your expertise and knowledge will contribute to creating a positive and satisfying shopping experience for our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs
Recommend and demonstrate beauty products, treatments, and wellness solutions
Offer comprehensive advice on skincare, makeup, and general wellness routines
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the beauty and wellness section
Stay up-to-date with current beauty and healthcare trends
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the beauty or healthcare industry
A genuine passion for beauty, wellbeing, and self-care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
Knowledge of beauty and wellness products and industry trends
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
