Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing long-term partnerships with external talent, helping drive our company's growth, and contributing to our success. You will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified professionals who are passionate about our mission and can contribute to our organizational objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop effective recruitment strategies in line with the company's vision and objectives.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions.
Create compelling job advertisements and post them on various platforms.
Proactively source and attract potential candidates using multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Screen and shortlist resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Coordinate assessments and skill tests to assess candidates' competencies.
Conduct reference checks and employment verification procedures.
Negotiate job offers and effectively close candidates.
Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, or similar role.
Demonstrated ability to employ various sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
