We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Multicultural Outreach Coordinator.

About the Role:

As the Multicultural Outreach Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing outreach strategies focused on engaging with diverse communities. You will build and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies to ensure effective collaboration and meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement outreach initiatives targeting multicultural communities to promote Mombasa Leather Goods
Establish and maintain relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofits, and government agencies
Collaborate with internal teams to create culturally sensitive marketing materials
Organize and participate in community events, multicultural festivals, and workshops
Identify and evaluate emerging opportunities to engage with diverse communities
Create and deliver presentations on the company's multicultural approach to potential partners
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with multicultural trends, community needs, and legislation that may impact outreach efforts

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in sociology, international development, or a related field
Proven experience in community outreach and partnership building within diverse communities
Knowledge of local government systems and nonprofit organizations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Passion for promoting inclusivity, diversity, and multiculturalism
