Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and extending offers
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the IT or technology industry
Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting highly skilled professionals
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
