About the Role:

Act as the primary liaison between Goodstart Early Learning and external community organizations.
Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our services and increase awareness.
Collaborate with government agencies, local businesses, and nonprofit organizations to form beneficial partnerships.
Organize and attend relevant community events, workshops, and meetings.
Support and empower families in accessing our programs and services.
Create and manage a database of community resources and contacts.
Evaluate and report on the impact of community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

A degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Education, or Public Relations.
Prior experience in community engagement or outreach roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build effective relationships.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proven organizational and project management skills.
