Your Role:

As a Professional Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our employees' growth and career development. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing comprehensive training programs focusing on HR practices, recruitment strategies, and talent management.
Assessing training needs and creating customized learning solutions to address skill gaps and support career progression.
Collaborating with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop training plans.
Delivering engaging workshops and seminars to enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and talent development.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
Excellent knowledge of HR practices, recruitment methodologies, and talent management.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Ability to assess training needs and create effective learning solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
