Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Distech Controls, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our ever-evolving human capital needs. Your focus will be on identifying, engaging, and recruiting exceptional individuals who align with our company values and culture.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative sourcing techniques
Conduct thorough reference checks and employment verifications
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Proven work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge of various recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Excellent organizational and time management skills
