Your Role

As a Sustainable Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives within our human resources framework. Your main areas of focus will include:

Evaluating and optimizing our recruitment and selection processes to attract diverse and socially conscious talent.
Designing and implementing training programs that promote sustainability, diversity, and inclusion within our workforce.
Collaborating with other departments to align corporate social responsibility goals with HR practices.
Developing metrics and reporting frameworks to measure the success of our sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

A strong background in human resources management, with demonstrated experience in sustainable workforce strategies and practices.
Excellent understanding of contemporary HR trends, including diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
Experience working in a large-scale organization, preferably within the financial services sector.
Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards related to human resources and sustainable practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think strategically.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
A passion for sustainability and a drive to make a positive impact through your work.
