Responsibilities:

Engage in comprehensive research and analysis of construction and real estate trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Develop and implement strategic plans for building enhancements to promote sustainable and high-quality infrastructure.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure compliance with regulations and achieve project objectives.
Evaluate and provide recommendations on design proposals, materials, and construction techniques with a focus on energy efficiency, environmental impact, and cutting-edge technologies.
Manage construction projects, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to colleagues and other departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Proven track record in construction project management or building enhancements.
Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable construction practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency in industry software and tools, such as AutoCAD, BIM, or project management software.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
