Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Job Description:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance
Create and maintain job descriptions, advertisements, and applicant evaluation criteria
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Manage the candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with HR team to streamline internal processes and enhance recruitment effectiveness
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative recruiting techniques

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor legislation
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software
Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
