Engage with customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience throughout their entire car-buying journey.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various communication channels.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and inviting customer area.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to accurately answer customers' questions.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
