About the Role

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service from the moment they enter our premises. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized assistance, ensuring that every guest feels valued and attended to.

Your Responsibilities

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide a memorable first impression.
Escort guests to their designated areas and assist with any special requirements.
Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, offering recommendations and anticipating their desires.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and attention to detail.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain knowledge of our services, facilities, and local attractions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations and create lasting memories.
