Talent Acquisition Specialist

Skullcandy is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to support our growing organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
Creating job postings and advertising positions on various platforms to reach a wide candidate pool
Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Performing reference checks and verifying employment eligibility
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and desired candidate profiles
Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and organizations
Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
