Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent from around the world to support our international business operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement global recruitment strategies and programs to attract qualified candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global setting.
Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and levels.
Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
