Job Description:

Your role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist will involve:

Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates based on their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Conducting interviews, reference checks, and assessments to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, job descriptions, and interview processes.
Coordinating and participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and university career placement activities.
Building and maintaining relationships with colleges, universities, professional organizations, and other recruitment sources.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, application reviews, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in the use of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
