Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at NSSF, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top-tier candidates across a range of positions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent from diverse backgrounds
Identify, engage, and assess qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and set candidate requirements
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external talent networks, universities, and professional organizations
Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate data
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to source, assess, and recruit candidates across various levels and industries
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
