Position: Guest Experience Specialist

Are you a natural at creating unforgettable moments for guests? As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our visitors have an extraordinary stay and leave with lasting memories.

In this role, you will:

Welcome and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism
Provide recommendations on local attractions, activities, and dining options
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
Create personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-facing role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
A friendly and approachable demeanor
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Familiarity with the Eastern Region and enthusiasm for its unique offerings
