Position: Guest Experience Specialist
Are you a natural at creating unforgettable moments for guests? As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our visitors have an extraordinary stay and leave with lasting memories.
In this role, you will:
- Welcome and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism
- Provide recommendations on local attractions, activities, and dining options
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
- Create personalized experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with the Eastern Region and enthusiasm for its unique offerings
