Position: Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:

Act as a bridge between our clients and our innovative technology solutions
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
Coordinate with different departments within the organization to ensure seamless customer experiences
Conduct surveys, interviews, and market research to gain insights and drive improvements
Create and deliver customer-focused training programs to improve service quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend adaptations to maintain our competitive edge
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize customer journey and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Familiarity with the Restaurant/Hotel industry and related technologies
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer loyalty
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
