Position: Construction Project Manager

We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Ohio. This position requires someone with a strong background in construction and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources
Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Monitor the progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and licenses

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in project management software applications
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required
