Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and events
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Ensure guest satisfaction by going above and beyond their expectations

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Knowledge of the Pensacola area is a plus
