Position: Construction/Real Estate Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our dynamic team as a Construction/Real Estate Project Manager. As the Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction and real estate projects to ensure their successful completion within pre-determined timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
Oversee all phases of construction and real estate projects, from inception to completion
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Manage project risks and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
Supervise and evaluate the performance of project team members
Conduct project inspections and ensure quality control
Prepare and present project reports to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and real estate project management
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and permits
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
