Position: Sustainable Solutions Specialist

Job Description:

Research, assess, and implement sustainable practices and solutions throughout our brewing operations
Analyze environmental data and evaluate the impact of our processes on natural resources
Develop strategies to minimize waste, reduce emissions, and promote renewable energy sources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability initiatives across departments
Monitor compliance with environmental regulations and spearhead initiatives to exceed industry standards
Stay updated on emerging trends and technological advancements in sustainable brewing practices

Educational/Professional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, or a related field
Proven experience in implementing sustainability initiatives, preferably in the brewing or food industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex environmental data
Knowledge of environmental laws, regulations, and best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
