Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Lower Austria

Job Description:

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong decision-making skills
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field is a plus
