Key Responsibilities:

Craft exceptional wellness and beauty experiences that exceed client expectations
Research and integrate the latest advancements in wellness technology and design
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement unique wellness offerings
Stay current with industry trends and lead the conceptualization of innovative experiences
Maintain and elevate the standard of luxury in all aspects of our wellness experiences

Requirements:

Proven experience in crafting luxury experiences within the wellness or related industries
Exceptional creative vision and understanding of the intersection between wellness and luxury
Strong knowledge of emerging wellness technologies and trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
Fluency in English and German
