We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the Institute attracts top talent across various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations
- Utilize social media platforms and job boards to promote job openings and build a strong talent pipeline
- Monitor recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and adjust as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or non-profit sector
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
