Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications.
Utilize creative sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment processes.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
HR certification (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.
