We Are Hiring: Urban Development Specialist
Are you passionate about building sustainable communities and promoting eco-friendly transportation solutions? We are looking for an Urban Development Specialist to help us create vibrant and environmentally responsible urban spaces across Liguria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage urban development projects from inception to completion
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and urban planners to design innovative and sustainable infrastructure
- Assess environmental impact and ensure compliance with sustainable development practices
- Oversee construction and renovation projects to enhance transportation infrastructure
- Engage with local communities to gather feedback and support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience in urban development, preferably in a sustainable context
- Strong understanding of transportation systems and infrastructure
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Passion for promoting sustainable practices and creating inclusive urban environments
