Source candidates through various channels and evaluate their qualifications
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' fit for the organization
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements
Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws
