Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable strategies for infrastructure development projects
Conduct research on environmental impact assessments and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with clients and project teams to integrate sustainable practices in construction and real estate projects
Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions for reducing carbon footprint and promoting energy efficiency
Provide guidance on green building certifications and eco-friendly design principles

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in sustainability consulting within the construction or real estate industry
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and green building standards
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on sustainability metrics
Effective communication and project management abilities
