Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent across various departments. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent
Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and goals
Utilize social media platforms and job boards to enhance recruitment efforts
Manage the complete candidate experience from application to onboarding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
