We are currently seeking a Coastal Development Specialist to join our team in North Carolina. As a Coastal Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our waterfront properties, ensuring sustainable and innovative expansion to meet the needs of our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and environmental consultants to develop and oversee coastal development projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental best practices.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify expansion opportunities while respecting the natural beauty and ecological balance of the region.
- Engage with community stakeholders and local authorities to maintain positive relationships and foster inclusive development.
- Provide expertise in coastal real estate trends and property valuation to guide decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the coastal real estate or development sector.
- Strong understanding of environmental impact assessments and sustainable development principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in development initiatives.
