Responsibilities:

Prepare and present exquisite dishes in accordance with our high standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop innovative menus
Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are strictly followed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fine dining establishment
Passion for culinary arts and a deep understanding of flavor profiles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
