Position Available: Cultural Wellness Liaison

Location: Lower Saxony, Germany

As a Cultural Wellness Liaison, your role will be to promote wellness and cultural inclusion within our organization and the community we serve. Your responsibilities will include fostering a supportive environment for all employees, developing wellness programs that cater to diverse needs, and collaborating with external partners to ensure inclusivity in our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing wellness initiatives that cater to a diverse workforce
Facilitating cultural awareness and sensitivity training sessions
Collaborating with HR to promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and retention efforts
Engaging with community organizations to support cultural wellness programs
Evaluating the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and recommending improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in promoting wellness and diversity in a corporate or community setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive environment
Fluency in English and German
