Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure a cultural fit and alignment with company values.
Manage the entire candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
