Community Outreach Coordinator Position

We are currently seeking a Community Outreach Coordinator to join our Northern District office in Israel. As a Community Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for fostering community partnerships, coordinating outreach programs, and representing the company to various community and non-profit organizations. Your role will be pivotal in promoting our commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with local community partners and non-profit organizations.
Plan, organize, and execute community outreach events and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach with company goals and initiatives.
Coordinate volunteer opportunities and employee engagement in community service activities.
Evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Prepare reports and documentation related to community outreach activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in community outreach, partnership development, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Passion for social responsibility and community engagement.
Proficiency in Hebrew and English.
