Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage development projects from inception to completion
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Facilitate communication between architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and codes
- Support risk analysis and management throughout project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination within the construction or development industry
- Strong understanding of zoning laws, building codes, and construction best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
