Join us as a Wildlife Retreat Supervisor, where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our exclusive wildlife retreat ensuring seamless guest services and unforgettable experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest services
- Ensure smooth operations of the wildlife retreat, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort
- Coordinate activities and events to enhance guest experience and engagement
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage budget effectively
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service field
