Position Available: Community Development Manager
Location: Uppsala, Sweden

Role Overview: As a Community Development Manager, you will lead initiatives that enhance our engagement with the diverse population of Uppsala län. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local stakeholders, creating innovative programs, and promoting a sense of belonging for all community members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies
- Build strong relationships with local organizations and residents
- Organize events and activities that promote cultural exchange and understanding
- Facilitate partnerships to support community development projects
- Ensure inclusivity and accessibility in all our programs
Requirements:
- Prior experience in community development or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to work collaboratively and creatively
- Fluency in Swedish and English is preferred
