We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be a part of our team at Aosta Valley Artisanal Bookbinding Workshop. We are looking for a passionate individual to fill the role of Diversity and Inclusion Advocate. At our workshop, we not only craft exquisite books but also foster a diverse and inclusive working environment that values every individual's unique perspectives and talents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organization
Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement inclusive policies and practices
Conduct training sessions on diversity awareness and inclusion best practices
Support recruitment efforts to attract a diverse range of talents
Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues related to diversity and inclusion
Act as a liaison between management and employees

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Diversity Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
Proven experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in a professional setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Understanding of cultural sensitivity and awareness
