We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to be a part of our team at Aosta Valley Artisanal Bookbinding Workshop. We are looking for a passionate individual to fill the role of Diversity and Inclusion Advocate. At our workshop, we not only craft exquisite books but also foster a diverse and inclusive working environment that values every individual's unique perspectives and talents.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organization
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement inclusive policies and practices
- Conduct training sessions on diversity awareness and inclusion best practices
- Support recruitment efforts to attract a diverse range of talents
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts or issues related to diversity and inclusion
- Act as a liaison between management and employees
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Diversity Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- Proven experience in promoting diversity and inclusion in a professional setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Understanding of cultural sensitivity and awareness
