Role Overview:

This role is integral to our commitment to fostering innovation, engagement, and sustainable development within our region. The successful candidate will play a key part in guiding and implementing various community-based projects, working closely with diverse stakeholders including local businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and cultivating innovative initiatives that support community development
Collaborating with local businesses and organizations to drive engagement and entrepreneurship within the community
Leading and coordinating various community-focused projects
Engaging with local government entities and representing our organization in relevant partnerships
Developing and managing programs that promote community involvement and sustainable growth

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Public Administration, Business Administration, Community Development, etc.)
2+ years of experience in project management, community engagement, or a related field
Proven track record of initiating and managing community-focused projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about driving sustainable change within a community-centric environment
