We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Amuta for Environmental Education, located in the Jerusalem District of Israel. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Experience Specialist to ensure an exceptional experience for our visitors. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
Coordinating with various departments to enhance the guest experience
Providing information about our services and offerings
Collecting feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Attention to detail and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
