Normandy Association of Economic Development Organizations is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our dynamic team as a Diversity and Sustainability Advocate. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering diversity and inclusivity while working towards sustainable solutions for our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity and cultural sensitivity within the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate sustainable practices into various projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research on environmental and geology-related topics to support informed decision-making.
- Organize and participate in community events that promote awareness of environmental issues and multiculturalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Geology, Sustainability Studies).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting diversity and sustainability.
