We are currently seeking a Sustainable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting talented individuals who share our vision and values. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates who are passionate about environmental conservation and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
Coordinate and participate in career fairs and community outreach programs
Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and environmental organizations
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Prior experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the environmental or nonprofit sector
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for environmental conservation and youth development
